Features
White linen-patterned acrylic front panel provides a soft glow accent to this contemporary wall-mount senior care overbed light. The finished trim accents identify the graceful shape. The Hayes provides both ambient and task light with a four-way pull switch, standard (120 volt only). The top diffuser and the bottom diffuser are frosted white acrylic. 

Construction
The light wiring channel is formed from 22-gauge steel. An internal divider provides separate lamp compartments for controlled up light and down light. The decorative bands are stamped steel and glued to the diffuser. The fixture can be mounted horizontally only. Power connections can be made in the fixture wiring channel or in a standard junction box (not included).

Finish
All metal parts are finished in plated Satin Nickel or Oil-Rubbed Bronze. Internal housing is finished in a lighting-grade baked white enamel.

Diffuser
Diffuser is 0.070” thick matte white acrylic for the down light and up light, and a white linen pattern acrylic front. Frame mounts to the electrical channel with two decorative screws. 

Electrical
Input 120VAC / 60 Hz. Not compatible with dimmers. Integrated four-position pull switch (on up, on down, on both, all off) and single pull switch for nightlight.

All fixtures are cETLus listed for indoor damp locations. ADA *ENERGY STAR® qualified

Options
(Consult Factory) 120-277V universal voltage available without switch and nightlight.
